A tropical depression is expected to impact morning commutes and routines. Edouard, previously a tropical storm, has weakened after making landfall near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, with 60-mph winds. The storm continues to weaken as it moves into the area.

A flood watch is in effect for several northeast counties until 7 p.m. Some counties have already seen significant rainfall, with at least 12 inches reported.
