A driver has been charged with criminally negligent homicide after fatally striking a pedestrian. The victim, a 62-year-old man, was crossing an intersection with a walker when he was hit. The suspect, Bernandino Bautista, 55, was driving a black Toyota Solara and reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign before entering the crosswalk.
