The average decrease in homeowners rates is 4.3% over the past 90 days.

Companies such as ASI Lloyds and Texas Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company have filed decreases, with ASI Lloyds proposing a 6% decrease for about 71,000 policyholders and Texas Farm Bureau a 5.2% decrease for about 133,000 policyholders.
