A police response unfolded in north Houston after a report emerged about a woman possibly being detained. Authorities arrived at the scene, near E. Crosstimbers and Fulton Street, in the afternoon.

Investigation revealed the woman and others were inside an apartment. Officers worked to resolve the situation, eventually freeing the woman and another individual from the apartment.
