Proposed Galveston Bay desalination plant clears initial TCEQ review, enters public comment period

A proposed facility has moved forward in the review process. Texas officials will now consider public input before making a decision. The public has an opportunity to provide feedback on the project. This feedback period is limited to a certain timeframe. Further information about the project and how to submit comments is available from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
