Starting May 5, beloved Houston restaurant Nancy’s Hustle will offer dinner service seven days a week, expanding access as demand surges and accolades pour in.

Starting Monday, May 5, Houston’s renowned dining establishment, Nancy’s Hustle, will extend its hours to offer dinner seven nights a week. This change allows patrons greater access to popular dishes such as Nancy cakes and the cheeseburger famously favored by former Astros star Justin Verlander.
Co-owner Sean Jensen announced that the expansion directly responds to the high demand and ongoing feedback from guests who have faced challenges securing reservations. “We have a full schedule every evening,” Jensen told CultureMap. “This provides an additional opportunity for individuals to gain access.”
The restaurant has recently experienced a significant surge in popularity, partly attributed to its national recognition. Recognized by Food & Wine as one of the 15 best restaurants in America, this establishment has also received a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, highlighting its outstanding value and quality.
Nancy’s has announced the addition of extended hours and the appointment of Brandon Choate, previously of Anvil, as its new bar manager. Choate is introducing innovative concepts to the floor and drink program.
On Monday, Jensen highlighted that the service is beautiful to workers in the hospitality industry, who typically have that day off. He noted that it provides employees with increased scheduling flexibility, promoting a better work-life balance through consistent two-day breaks.
Nancy’s Hustle, a beloved establishment in the community since 2017, has announced extended hours. The restaurant now welcomes guests until 11 p.m. nightly. This change positions the restaurant as one of Houston's limited late-night, high-quality dining choices.
